Our Delivery and Collection Services
We offer a range of options to enable orders to be fulfilled in a way that suits you. Choose from a variety of delivery services or opt to collect your order from any of over 500 collection points situated across the UK.
Contactless Delivery
You can be reassured by our contactless delivery. Our delivery team will place the package on your doorstep, knock on your door, then step back. We will not require a signature but will simply ask for a name. If you are not available to answer the door, we will retry delivery on the following working day.
Standard UK Delivery
Available for $3.95 or FREE when you spend over $60*. Delivered between 8am and 8pm, Monday-Saturday. Excluding bank holidays. A tracking link will be provided once your order is dispatched.
*Excludes large tents & bikes.
Next Day Delivery
Available for $5.95 or $3.95 when you spend over $60. Order by 5pm Sunday-Friday. *Excludes products dispatched from our stores, large tents, and bikes.
Very Heavy Item Delivery
Available for $19.95. Charge applies to large tents and bikes that require specialist delivery.
Express 48 Hours (Heavy)
Unavailable. Special service for orders over 20kg. Delivered by DHL within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. No deliveries at weekends.
International Delivery Services
Unavailable. Delivery times and charges vary by service and region.
Click & Collect
Click & Collect is only $0 for any order. Delivery times and days vary for each store, but we will contact you when your order is ready to collect.
British Forces Post Offices
We deliver all orders to BFPO destinations FREE of charge.

Can I cancel or change an order I have placed?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be altered or cancelled. Please make sure your order is correct before completing payment.
How do I claim a price match?
Contact our Customer Care team with the details of the website where you have seen the same item for less, or alternatively, visit one of our stores. If visiting a store, you will need to provide proof that the item is being sold elsewhere for less.
